• Return or exchange requests will be reviewed and approved within 3 business days.
• Once a return or exchange request is approved, our delivery representative will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.

• If the product is defective, damaged, faulty, or does not function as agreed, please send us a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number so that we can arrange an exchange.
• Customers are entitled to a full refund if the product received is substantially different from the product description provided on our website.
• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use or performance of our products that were not explicitly stated or described on the product page of our website.
